I threw it away. Even natural aloe from the plant will whiten your teeth if you use it. I didn't know that when I bought it. And it's not for sensitive teeth for daily use, my teeth started to hurt after a while because of the whitening.

In the meantime, I tried two other toothpastes, which did not match for me since I have sensitivity, so I returned to this one to avoid further experimentation. It is hard to find something 100% perfect anywhere; you find the closest possible. Those who can make their own toothpaste, which will "work for them," it's the best! As for the feeling or not of aloe, I have never tried pure aloe to make a proper comparison, but personally, I feel this smoothness of the aloe gel. And, for sure, I feel a difference compared to other (common) toothpastes I used in the past. All of this is subjective, though. It meets the specifications I want (without fluoride and SLS) and additionally has aloe as a base. The taste personally does not excite me, but that is subjective. The texture of the cream is slightly watery, a satisfactory foam is created while brushing, ....everything is fine. This particular toothpaste is mainly used by other family members. For me, I preferred another one from the same brand with a slightly different taste but with the same basic ingredients. August 2024 I still consistently buy the Optima toothpastes for myself and my loved ones. I think it is one of the most notable options.

Δοκίμασα στο μεταξύ άλλες δύο οδοντόκρεμες, οι οποίες δεν ταίριαξαν σε εμένα που έχω ευαισθησία, γι'αυτό και ξαναγύρισα σε αυτήν, για να μην κάνω περαιτέρω πειραματισμούς. Κάτι 100% τέλειο δύσκολα να βρει κανείς οπουδήποτε, βρίσκεις το κοντινότερο δυνατό. Όσοι μπορούν να φτιάχνουν τη δική τους οδοντόκρεμα, η οποία θα "τούς κάνει", ό,τι καλύτερο!
Όσον αφορά την αίσθηση ή μη της αλόης, δεν έχω δοκιμάσει ποτέ σκέτη αλόη για να κάνω σωστή σύγκριση, αλλά προσωπικά νιώθω αυτήν την απαλότητα (smoothness) του gel της αλόης. Και, σίγουρα, νιώθω διαφορά σε σχέση με άλλες (κοινές) οδοντόκρεμες που χρησιμοποιούσα παλιότερα.
Όλα αυτά είναι υποκειμενικά, όμως. Αυτό το οποίο δεν είναι, και πρέπει να διευκρινιστεί, είναι σχόλια του τύπου "μαύρη γραμμή, είναι ΧΗΜΙΚΟ". Μού πήρε κάμποσο να ψάξω να βρω τι ισχύει, καθώς και πώς προέκυψε το παραπάνω, και, απ'όσο βλέπω, πρόκειται για "trend" των social media (το οποίο δεν έχει καμία βάση). Το ζήτημα είναι ότι στην εποχή της παραπληροφόρησης έχουμε φτάσει σε σημεία παραλογισμού (με τη νεολαία -όπως είναι φυσικό- να πέφτει κυρίως θύμα των τάσεων), και θα πρέπει να είμαστε πολύ προσεκτικές/οί στο τι λέμε, ακούμε, και διαβάζουμε.
It meets the specifications I want (without fluoride and SLS) and additionally has aloe as a base. The taste personally does not excite me, but that is subjective. The texture of the cream is slightly watery, a satisfactory foam is created while brushing, ....everything is fine. This particular toothpaste is mainly used by other family members. For me, I preferred another one from the same brand with a slightly different taste but with the same basic ingredients. August 2024 I still consistently buy the Optima toothpastes for myself and my loved ones. I think it is one of the most notable options.
Πληροί τις προδιαγραφές που θέλω (χωρίς φθόριο και SLS) και επιπλέον έχει ως βάση την αλόη. Η γεύση προσωπικά δεν με ενθουσιάζει αλλά αυτό είναι κάτι υποκειμενικό. Η υφή της κρέμας είναι ελαφρώς υδαρή, κατά το βούρτσισμα δημιουργείται ικανοποιητικός αφρός, ....όλα μια χαρά. Την συγκεκριμένη οδοντόκρεμα χρησιμοποιούν κυρίως άλλα μέλη της οικογένειας. Για μένα προτίμησα μία άλλη της ίδιας μάρκας με λίγο διαφορετική γεύση αλλά με τα ίδια βασικά συστατικά.
Αύγουστος 2024 Εξακολουθώ σταθερά να αγοράζω για εμένα και τους οικείους μου τις οδοντόκρεμες της Optima. Νομίζω πως είναι από τις πιο αξιόλογες προτάσεις.

Wonderful toothpaste with a nice taste and soothes the gums a lot, I buy it constantly. It doesn't heal like all toothpastes and it's not a dentist when there is a problem with the teeth
