Supplementary advice: Those of you with friends from England, ask them to bring you tooth gel with sdf (silver diamine fluoride). In England, it is sold as OTC (over the counter) and studies show that it works so well on cavities that in many cases it replaces fillings! It reverses the damage to the tooth (where possible).
Update 22/02/2025: Sdf is now also available in Greece. You will have no trouble finding it.

Συμπληρωματική συμβουλή: Όσοι έχετε φίλους από Αγγλία ζητήστε να σας φέρουν gel δοντιών με sdf (φθοριούχο αργυρούχο διαμίνιο, silver diamine fluoride). Στην Αγγλία πωλείται ως ΜΗ.ΣΥ.ΦΑ. (Μη συνταγογραφούμενο, over the counter) και οι μελέτες δείχνουν ότι κάνει τόσο καλή δουλειά στις κοιλότητες με βακτήρια (cavities) που σε πάρα πολλές περιπτώσεις υποκαθιστά το σφράγισμα! Αντιστρέφει τη ζημιά στο δόντι (όπου αυτό είναι εφικτό).
Update 22/02/2025: Πλέον κυκλοφορεί και στην Ελλάδα το Sdf. Δεν θα δυσκολευτείτε καθόλου να το βρείτε.

It has a strong taste and I have the sensation that it burns but from something very cold. Very refreshing feeling, it just doesn't suit my taste.

It has a similar composition to another top product in the field that is also made in Italy.
The mint aroma is strong but personally it doesn't bother me.
The toothpaste color is greenish with relative transparency.
Its main advantage is the price compared to what it offers.
I would buy it again easily, but I want to try other suggestions from the company first.

A few facts I found about 3 of the ingredients:
1) Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate
- Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is derived from sarcosine, a natural amino acid found in the human body and almost every type of biological material from animals to plants.
What it does: Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is a cleansing and foaming agent that helps with the effectiveness and feel of our toothpaste.
2) Hydroxyethylcellulose
- It is a thickening and gelling agent derived from cellulose. It is widely used in cosmetics, cleaning solutions, and other household products. Hydroxyethylcellulose and methylcellulose are often used with hydrophobic drugs in capsule formulations to improve drug dissolution in gastrointestinal fluids.
3) Phenoxyethanol
- It is a preservative and an alternative to suspected parabens. According to Waldorf, phenoxyethanol is an ether alcohol that is naturally derived from green tea but usually synthesized in the laboratory. In cosmetics, it functions as a preservative, solvent, and antimicrobial ingredient. Phenoxyethanol is particularly effective in preventing bacterial growth in cosmetics and stabilizing ingredients. Ingesting phenoxyethanol can be toxic to infants as it suppresses the central nervous system, which is why Waldorf recommends avoiding the use of products containing the preservative in infants. For adults, possible side effects of topical application are not serious

-Είναι ένας πηκτικός και πυκνωτικός παράγοντας που προέρχεται από την κυτταρίνη.

Personally, I have been searching for a natural product for a long time and I ended up with this toothpaste. As soon as I received it on 21/09/2021, I tried it. It has a mint flavor that is just right, good foam that doesn't bother anywhere. Now, if I brush my teeth twice a day, I have a decent image of my teeth because I take care of them. The product claims to be imported from England, but I would have preferred a slightly better price. I was advised by a retired dentist to use a soft toothbrush and a natural product, along with a sensitive toothpaste for further protection, and of course, a good mouthwash. He told me that in 6 months, the clinical image of my mouth will improve by 1 level. However, be aware that a visit to the dentist doesn't cost a fortune because I have relatively good toothpaste with two fillings and a good to very good mouth image. So, if I can go up one step in a year, which is also the teeth cleaning at the dentist, because I recently went, and stabilize in a very good image, because I am 42, then I will be satisfied. Supplementary advice: Those of you with friends from England, ask them to bring you tooth gel with sdf (silver diamine fluoride). In England, it is sold as OTC (over the counter) and studies show that it works so well on cavities that in many cases it replaces fillings! It reverses the damage to the tooth (where possible).

Συμπληρωματική συμβουλή: Όσοι έχετε φίλους από Αγγλία ζητήστε να σας φέρουν gel δοντιών με sdf (φθοριούχο αργυρούχο διαμίνιο, silver diamine fluoride). Στην Αγγλία πωλείται ως ΜΗ.ΣΥ.ΦΑ. (Μη συνταγογραφούμενο, over the counter) και οι μελέτες δείχνουν ότι κάνει τόσο καλή δουλειά στις κοιλότητες με βακτήρια (cavities) που σε πάρα πολλές περιπτώσεις υποκαθιστά το σφράγισμα! Αντιστρέφει τη ζημιά στο δόντι (όπου αυτό είναι εφικτό).
Update 22/02/2025: Πλέον κυκλοφορεί και στην Ελλάδα το Sdf. Δεν θα δυσκολευτείτε καθόλου να το βρείτε.

It has a strong taste and I have the sensation that it burns but from something very cold. Very refreshing feeling, it just doesn't suit my taste.

It has a similar composition to another top product in the field that is also made in Italy.
The mint aroma is strong but personally it doesn't bother me.
The toothpaste color is greenish with relative transparency.
Its main advantage is the price compared to what it offers.
I would buy it again easily, but I want to try other suggestions from the company first.

A few facts I found about 3 of the ingredients:
1) Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate
- Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is derived from sarcosine, a natural amino acid found in the human body and almost every type of biological material from animals to plants.
What it does: Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is a cleansing and foaming agent that helps with the effectiveness and feel of our toothpaste.
2) Hydroxyethylcellulose
- It is a thickening and gelling agent derived from cellulose. It is widely used in cosmetics, cleaning solutions, and other household products. Hydroxyethylcellulose and methylcellulose are often used with hydrophobic drugs in capsule formulations to improve drug dissolution in gastrointestinal fluids.
3) Phenoxyethanol
- It is a preservative and an alternative to suspected parabens. According to Waldorf, phenoxyethanol is an ether alcohol that is naturally derived from green tea but usually synthesized in the laboratory. In cosmetics, it functions as a preservative, solvent, and antimicrobial ingredient. Phenoxyethanol is particularly effective in preventing bacterial growth in cosmetics and stabilizing ingredients. Ingesting phenoxyethanol can be toxic to infants as it suppresses the central nervous system, which is why Waldorf recommends avoiding the use of products containing the preservative in infants. For adults, possible side effects of topical application are not serious
