    It does absolutely nothing, it doesn't even remove cigarette stains. I used it along with the all-in-one toothpaste from the same company and I didn't see the slightest difference. Elgidium is infinitely better and is based on baking soda. This one is money down the drain.

    It does not whiten teeth on its own, but if you have done whitening with the same series or any other, it definitely helps in maintaining it for a longer period of time. I use it in the morning after brushing my teeth or before going out. I do not recommend carrying it with you at all times because it does not make a difference if the teeth are not brushed. On the downside, it has a very strong taste like gum and it somewhat dries out the lips.
