Under no circumstances should it be used under the eyes. It is only suitable for small pimples. It does not spread easily on its own, it needs to be warmed up in the hand first and then mixed with some moisturizer to thin it out. It is good for individuals with severe acne if used locally, but it is heavy so I would not recommend it for long hours.
