Not a nice taste at all, I barely drink it every night.
Another negative is that it doesn't say in the instructions how many ml of water it needs, resulting in me trying all the glasses and it never dissolving properly.
A doctor recommended it to me, but I would have been better off taking regular magnesium pills.

Aspartame, sweeteners, and magnesium carbonate (like all effervescent magnesium) which is 40% magnesium (meaning out of the 250mg here, only about 100mg is pure magnesium) from which we will absorb, let's say, 20%.

Don't be fooled by the price. Look for a citrate magnesium with much better absorption and in the end, its price will be worth it.

Whenever I have taken it before bedtime as recommended for magnesium supplements, it has caused me terrible insomnia (I fall asleep at 1 and wake up at 7), confusion, and anxiety, which even caused me to wake up from nightmares when I finally managed to fall asleep.

I don't know if it's the B6's fault, but with the previous simple magnesium vitamins I bought from a well-known supermarket chain for 2 euros, the negative difference is huge.
