It feels like something is hindering your foot, like having pebbles underneath, which is bothersome after a long period of use. Additionally, it does not fit properly in most of the shoes I tried, resulting in it not functioning correctly

    I have bought it for walking.. I have it now for 10 days and I can say that it is good but not as good as I expected... Its downside is that if you put it in your shoe, you probably have to put a thin insole on top because it doesn't slip at all and when you try to put on or take off the shoe, it gathers.
