Applications

• For severe menstrual cramps: Cut a cotton pad to fit over the navel and drop 2-3 drops of undiluted oil on it. Apply it and let it work. For unbearable pain, combine it with peppermint tea.
• For menopausal hot flashes: Drop one drop into 5ml of almond oil and apply the mixture to the chest and armpits.
• For water retention and localized fat: Drop 3-6 drops into your loofah soap in the bath and massage.
• Inhalations for colds: Drop a few drops into the essential oil diffuser and relieve nasal congestion.
