Payment Methods

We accept payments via: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash on delivery. The process is secure and quick, allowing you to complete your purchase without delays.

Shipping Cash on Delivery

Shipping is free for orders over 99 euro, otherwise, a fee of 5 euro will be charged. In case of cash on delivery, an additional cost of 2.5 euro applies, which appears before completing your order.

Returns Refunds

In case of a return, the money will be refunded to the IBAN provided on the product return form. Refunds are made within 7 business days from the receipt of your product. There are shipping charges for returning or exchanging products.

Important Instructions

• Keep the payment receipt until your order is successfully completed.
• For refunds, the process requires correct filling of the IBAN and adherence to the 15-day deadlines.

Steps for Exchange/Return

1. Fill out the product return form.
2. Send the product with the courier company ACS.
3. After inspection, the refund will be processed via IBAN within 7 business days.
