Elbow brace with silicone suitable for the treatment of lateral epicondylitis. It is observed in individuals aged 40-50 years, usually with a history of overuse of the tendons of the muscles that extend the forearm. Smokers are also at increased risk for lateral epicondylitis. Lateral epicondylitis starts insidiously, and patients often have a history of overuse of the hand, without injury. Symptoms appear 24-72 hours after repeated wrist extension. The patient complains of pain on the outer side of the elbow, which worsens with activities such as playing tennis or using a screwdriver and improves with rest.

    If you have big hands like me, it is very difficult to place it. So difficult that usually the elbow hurts from the problem! The problem is that the inner casing with the strap only connect at one point and if you try to place it on a big hand, it slips. Another problem is that the plastic clip that goes around the strap hurts the hand!
