Quite an honest product. Compared to other spot care products, this is the first one I see having such immediate results. I had a big pimple and needed it to go away quickly. As soon as I applied this cream, it stopped developing and disappeared within a few days. The important thing is that although it didn’t make it disappear in one day—which is generally unlikely anyway—it reduced it enough that with concealer on top, it was fully covered.
