For my problem with metatarsalgia, they didn't help much :( The "pillow" is close to the arch of the foot, quite far from the metatarsals, and it doesn't manage to lift them satisfactorily. Also, they are thin, and their material is soft, flexible silicone, quite different from the hard silicone of the other insoles I use. In short, the metatarsals of my middle toes "press" down and hurt almost as if I wasn't wearing any insoles at all.
Για το δικο μου προβλημα μεταταρσαλγιας δε βοηθησαν πολυ :( Το "μαξιλαρακι" ειναι κοντα στην καμάρα του ποδιου, αρκετα μακρια απο τα μεταταρσια και δεν καταφερνει να τα ανασηκωσει ικανοποιητικα. Επισης ειναι λεπτοι, και το υλικο τους ειναι μαλακη, ευπλαστη σιλικονη, αρκετα διαφορετικη απο τη σκληρουτσικη σιλικονη των άλλων πατων που χρησιμοποιω. Εν ολιγοις, τα μεταταρσια των μεσαιων δακτυλων μου "πατανε" κατω και πονανε σχεδον σα να μη φορουσα καθολου πατους.
