    I wear size 40 and so I chose the large according to the guide.. standing on the sole, I feel that it doesn't exactly find the arch of the foot, so now I ordered the medium which fits up to 39.. I'm waiting to receive it and I will come back with a review!
    Edit: In the end, for size 40 shoes, the medium size worked well for me!
