In my effort to make the world aware of stone building, I created and published my book titled "Learn to Build with Stone." Seeing the response it received from the public, I decided to create my second book "Old Stone Capanares of Crete" with the aim of helping people begin to learn about the stone creations that have adorned our churches for so many years.

The book is a particularly rich manual, presented in a very descriptive and analytical way. It analyzes stone building, the peculiarities of different types of rocks, as well as buildings, while providing ample instructions for beginners and artisans alike.

In the 100 pages of this aesthetically pleasing manual, among other things, good practices for building ovens, stone bridges, constructing tall walls, modern buildings, foundations, corners, stairs, and tamping stones are described.

The pages of the book are accompanied by rich photographic and explanatory material.
