    Not at all good sole. I bought the (Army Race Latex/Leather 405) and I was disappointed. The only positive thing is its durable construction. It is flat and slightly hard.

    Ideal for shoes with a narrow fit, such as Nike Air Max for example, which do not accommodate a thicker insole but also do not require exaggerations due to the air sole. It is excellent in terms of size, however, if you need the best possible solution and your shoes allow it, I would definitely recommend the Air Orthotic from Sofsole.
