Description

Nebulizer is a good choice for inhalation therapy for children under 4 years old and infants, from the first month of their life. The infant mask and the rotating adapter with an angle ensure comfortable nebulization in a sitting or lying position. The nebulizer creates very small droplets, suitable for the small airways of younger patients.

It is ideal for very young patients:

Short nebulization duration, less than 7 minutes (with salbutamol) for a 2.5ml inhalation solution.
Equipment for infants from the first months of life: BABY infant mask, rotating adapter with BABY angle.
Effective nebulization with the PARI LC SPRINT Junior nebulizer and microscopic droplets for the small airways of infants and children.
No special inhalation technique is required.
Inhalation flow rate of 12 liters/minute (children), measured with the Malvern Mastersizer X device (calculation according to the Fraunhofer model) at 23 degrees C and 50% relative humidity. Nebulized substance: 0.9% NaCI (5ml). Package dimensions: 19.2 x 14.5 x 15 cm. Weight: 1.7 kg.

    I have a specific machine for 3 whole years! It is used daily 3 times a day. The price difference was covered by my insurance. They both cost about the same. It requires consumables every six months, based on my usage data. They are not covered by any fund and the price is high. It needs a tube that costs around 50 euros, and a cup that holds the medication also costs around 50 euros..... However, the machine itself is flawless and does its job. It does require cleaning of the compressor from the inside, which I cannot do myself due to the screws used. I regularly take it to the store where I bought it and they check it for pressure and if it performs correctly.
