This paste is the best for setting up a new PC, but also for renewing the paste on a processor and graphics card, simply a solid value and very well-made non-conductive material with very good thermal conductivity. In stress tests, it gave a 7°C difference on a 5-year-old processor with the stock Intel cooler, and on other AMD systems with aftermarket coolers I can say similar or even better results. There is a big difference on graphics cards where they are pushed in gaming use or GPU acceleration rendering tasks and on gaming consoles.

Of course, you should apply a reasonable amount so that when pressed with the cooler, it spreads centrally and circularly over about 80~90% of the processor's surface. It shouldn't be as little as the tip of a marker, but not too much either, as excess will give you the opposite results. If it's for a laptop, things get trickier because the CPU surface is much smaller, so you need a smaller amount of paste, about the size of a marker tip.

It is very good and it is not electrically conductive, Noctua promises the same but for me it short-circuited the graphics card, fortunately it didn't burn out. The graphics card has coils after the plate and if it overflows a little, problems start.

After 3 years of using the Ryzen 5 2600, it was time to replace the thermal paste. The old one had dried up, as expected. It spreads relatively easily, although it is quite thick. I applied it to the entire processor using nitrile gloves. The temperatures dropped by 8-10°C. Specifically, during idle or simple internet browsing, I saw temperatures of 32-34°C, and a maximum of 60-62°C while running games. It works perfectly and delivers on its promises, and the 4g quantity is more than enough for multiple applications. I will also try it on my graphics card if further research shows that it is suitable for GPU application, and I will provide an updated evaluation. Highly recommended for purchase!

I cannot compare it to any other because I do not remember temperatures, but with this specific one, I am at 35 degrees Celsius in idle with an i7 3770 (non K), which is normal.

I put it in a 9-year-old Samsung laptop, the temperature dropped significantly but unfortunately I didn't measure the temperatures before changing it to have an accurate comparison. I am satisfied. So far, the highest temperature the laptop reached is 52°, if anything changes, I will come back for an update.

The quality of this specific company in terms of thermal paste is well known. This one has made me look good, which is why I trusted it this time to buy the 20 gram package. We are generally talking about a difference of -5/8 degrees on a desktop processor and around -3/5 on a graphics card.

Regarding whether the paste does its job well, I have nothing specific to comment on since it is value for money and its advantages are adequately described in the previous 98 reviews (let's add one more for 100). I bought the 20g size, used it on desktops, a laptop, and 3 other friends' desktops (only on the CPU), and the paste simply doesn't run out. Therefore, I would recommend to those who want to buy this for strictly personal use not to spend more money on a larger quantity since it will last them. It is not unnecessary, but even with the 5g size, you will be covered and have some extra quantity on hand in case you need it.

Another excellent paste from the same company that brought us the legendary Arctic Silver.
I preferred this one at the moment because the mx4 is non-electrically conductive and it serves in cases like mine where the cpu and gpu are soldered to the motherboard and are close to capacitors and other conductors (it can easily cause damage).
Otherwise, it works fine in terms of temperatures and in terms of application, it's nothing special for anyone who has used paste before

I put it in a Ps4 that was boiling and sounded like a helicopter taking off, and dear friends, I honestly opened the lid twice to see if the fan was not working !!!!! I had thermal silicone paste on my processor and I decided to put "some serious thermal paste" and see temperature reduction.

I applied the mx-4 and I saw a 10-degree Celsius increase... one star is the only thing I can give it after this.

I buy it constantly in recent years and I use it on both my CPU and GPU. It significantly reduces the temperature and it is very easy to install. I currently have it on an 8700k and it keeps it low both in idle and under load. Of course, I will continue to prefer it.

For a cheap paste, it is a one-way street. Both on a PC and on a laptop, I had a difference of 5-10 degrees lower. It does not stain and cleans easily.

I just changed the paste on my Aorus Gtx 1080 Ti. Words are unnecessary! From playing at full load at 80-81 degrees, I dropped to 60-61 with a small change in the fan curve of my card. Get it with your eyes closed!

You are right, there are some stores that recommend it as well, if you really trust it. I found it near a store here in Loutsa, it was very good. Simply perfect. I had an issue with the GPU (RX 480) reaching easily 92 degrees, now it reaches a maximum of 60. The same goes for the CPU (Ryzen 1600), it used to reach around 80-something, now it stays around 65 maximum.

Very good paste. I did not have any serious overheating and I simply changed the paste preventively, so I did not have huge temperature differences. I recommend it.
