    I used to use Arctic MX and it needed changing every 4-6 months or so, I put the PK-3 on over a year ago now and its effectiveness has barely decreased

    First time I used it on an AMD 3100. So far worse than Arctic Silver 5 and MX4, it spreads like a lump and leaves gaps. I tried applying a little, then a lot, and in the end I applied a layer on the processor and one on the base of the cooler, and it worked somewhat better. I hope it settles and I can reconsider my opinion. As for the cost, with 1.5 grams of MX4, you can easily install 5 coolers, while with this one, you only get 2. Not to mention that MX4 offers 4 grams at the same price and performs better so far. From my perspective, it's average.

    At first, I was disappointed with its performance, instead of a decrease, I saw a small increase or no difference depending on the use on my INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q8300 processor, and I decided to also put it on the other computer with CORE 2 DUO E6400, the difference was huge, a temperature drop of 5 degrees at idle. With time, the temperature stabilized on the first computer.
    The temperatures now after several days of use are:
    INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q8300 at idle 34 and in games 41, from 35-37 and 45+.
    INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6400 at idle 37 and in games 50-51, from 40-42 and 55+.
    In the graphics card, the temperatures immediately showed a difference.
    SAPPHIRE HD5770 1GB at idle 33, from 36-37, and in games 41-42, from 50.
    In GIGABYTE X1600XT, there was minimal to no difference.
    The previous thermal paste on the Q8300-E6400 and on the HD5770 was ZALMAN ZM-STG1, which recently disappointed me, and on the X1600XT, it was COOLERMASTER RG ICE2, the most reliable thermal paste.

    Excellent product, from where the processor used to reach a point of shutting down, now it does not exceed 59-60 degrees. I chose it because I wanted a paste for both the processor and the graphics card, compared to others that are conductive. I recommend buying the large 30gr package, which is cost-effective and will last you for years!
