Instructions for use:

• Wrap the support belt around your waist.
• Place the center of the belt at the center of your waist so that the stays are to the left and right of the spine.
• Fasten the belt by gently pulling both ends and then sticking one end over the other.
• The belt should be tight but comfortable.
• Washing instructions: Fasten all Velcro before washing. Hand wash in mild, cold soapy water. Rinse well. Do not wring. Air dry.
