The Adco 07175 thigh-length medical stocking provides graduated compression of 15–20 mmHg and has an open-toe design. It is used to compress the lower limbs, mainly for disorders of the venous or lymphatic systems.

It is indicated for venous conditions such as phlebitis and venous insufficiency; for the prevention and treatment of venous edema and skin changes; and for thromboembolic conditions. It is also used for lymphedema and edema during pregnancy, following an injury or surgery, or due to occupation or medication. It is contraindicated in advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease, septic phlebitis, phlegmasia cerulea dolens, and congestive heart failure.
