The one that arrived is of a different type, two-tone with a velcro fastener and is not adjustable, resulting in it being too large for my father, for whom I bought it.

The only problem for me is that as soon as I washed it, the fabric protecting the silicone where it enters the umbilical hernia came off. I solved the problem as you can see by sewing the two fabric pieces around it. Otherwise, it's fine.
