Although I have no experience with thermal pastes, I bought one from a well-known company in the field, as it was the only one available. The temperatures ranged around 50-55 degrees on my laptop. After a few days, I decided to try a paste from a reputable brand to see if there would be any difference. I ended up choosing the aforementioned company after a little research. This paste definitely does a very good job. I saw the temperature of my computer drop at least 10 degrees. Where I couldn't get below 50 degrees before, now it goes down to 37 and 40 degrees Celsius. It also comes with a removal cloth for the previous paste and a spatula for applying the new one.
