I had used tbis mobile holder before in the company car & was very happy with it. It is steady & strong. Has not fallen off even after a hot summer. Great buy!

I had it permanently stuck on the windshield for over 4 years, it was worth every penny and more. The socket that holds the ball which supports the phone base broke on me, and that happened because the plastic dried out after so much sun over 4 summers!!!
THE SECRET IS NOT TO LEAVE IT PERMANENTLY ON THE DASHBOARD, ESPECIALLY IN THE SUMMER WITH 50 DEGREES!
I will take the risk and buy it again and God help me!!!!

In one month, the base that connects with the suction cup broke. The point of connection has very small plastic grooves that break with the slightest force. Without any wear and tear. Tragic build quality. If I had read the reviews, I wouldn't have bought it. It's a shame because it promises good things in other aspects. The store where I bought it doesn't want to replace it. Unacceptable things for a mobile phone holder over 30€...

I have been using it for many years!
It has endured abuse (even used on track days) and hasn't had any issues!
For anyone who doesn't want to go for an expensive solution for extreme situations (e.g. Quadlock), it is an ideal purchase!

I had it for 2 months, and the plastic connection between the case and the base broke. Disappointment. Unfortunately, now I read the comments of others, if I had read them before buying, I wouldn't have bought it.

I have changed two. The first one lasted a year and a half, so I bought the same one again. The second one broke within a month. In the first one, the plastic where the base of the mobile phone connects to the arm broke, and in the second one, the mechanism that connects to the suction cup broke. Unacceptable for 25-30 euros.

After not even 5 months and literally 2 uses, the plastic cylinder that connects the suction cup to the rest of the base broke. The fracture seems to be fragile and judging by the fact that it occurred so quickly, this part of the base does not have enough material, resulting in it being excessively weak.

Although the rest of the construction seems good and aesthetically it is very good, I do not recommend it because of this critical flaw.

While I was completely satisfied with the base and thought it was worth the extra money I paid, after 2 years the same thing happened as another user mentioned below. I came to write about it and saw that it has happened again, so it's not a coincidence. It's a shame because it was very convenient for me.
Edit: 07/09/2020 I fixed it with a little glue in the part that broke internally and tightened the internal spring to make the arm that holds the phone sturdy again. Now it's like new. I think I will have it for a while longer.

Unacceptable, after two months of use, the arm had become so loose that even the slightest bump would cause the phone to tilt. Additionally, it is very difficult to position the phone as you need to use both of your hands.

After 2 years of use, the base suddenly broke internally, right behind the suction cup, and the phone ended up on the floor. I have to admit that it is very practical and user-friendly, but surprisingly, while the suction cup held up perfectly, the base collapsed inside due to material failure. How else can I explain it? I didn't apply pressure to it, it happened completely unexpectedly.
P.S. I was supporting it on the windshield, not on the dashboard.

I was trying to find ways to justify the price of the base, as I considered it expensive. It's worth every euro... stable, minimal with a straight arm and no curved plastic parts.
Awesome suction cup. It comfortably fits OnePlus 3 (5.5" with bezel), OnePlus 6 (6.20" with 21:9), and iPhone X with ease.
Very easy way to apply by twisting the circular base to suction by writing with a lock symbol, it is never locked and never not locked. Unreserved recommendation. Since it was my third purchase, after many cheaper options.
