Review this product
  • On the same floor, at a distance of less than 6 meters and with the router turned off (to avoid interference), the transmission quality is terrible. The signal transmission function for the remote control works perfectly, though. Also, the fact that both devices have a fixed scart cable output makes it difficult to connect to modern televisions.
Look for a better solution. Unfortunately, this product is a waste of money.

  • It has VERY BAD signal. From the living room to the bedroom, which is almost 10 meters away, it has so much interference, like watching ERT in the 80s in a border area!!!! The equivalent Chinese one that I have had for almost a decade plays almost perfectly at the same distance.... I will try to install an external antenna on both and I will come back... tragic construction...

I bought them to have on my second TV in the bedroom the OTE-TV (of course it also works for Nova, DVD Player, and any device that has a Scart output).
Very good wireless communication between the transmitter and receiver, thanks to the strong Wi-Fi signal at 2.4 GHz that allows it to receive and send signals, even in remote rooms with obstacles.
The transmitter has an integrated thin cable that allows it to transmit the signal of the device's remote control that we have connected (e.g. the satellite decoder) from any receiver, without needing to be close to the device-transmitter.

    NEGATIVES:
Due to the fact that it operates at 2.4 GHz, any router that emits internet at this frequency (e.g. like the new OTE-Cosmote routers) causes interference with each other.
The Wi-Fi internet may not be visible, while the transmission to the receiver is done with slight interference, even though I tried it on 13 different channels of this frequency on the router to avoid collisions between them.
The solution to this is to disable the Wi-Fi internet whenever we want to watch TV from the receiver, or to set the router to emit at 5 GHz. However, in the second case, some mobile devices (not laptops) may not detect our network.
Also, each device has an integrated and non-removable Scart cable.
