I bought it yesterday and I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I saw the expiration date on the product! It says 8/2020. Is it possible for it to "expire" in exactly 2 years? And if so, what goes bad after 2 years? The gel? Unless there is damage to the plastic and there is leakage. So do we have to replace it every 2 years for any use (hot or cold) we need it for?

Good material that keeps temperature for a long time. -1 star because it doesn't have a strap in case someone wants to use it in extreme conditions.

Very good product, I am quite satisfied... I have 2 and I always use them frozen, mainly for my knees, I don't have an opinion on using them warm... You take it out of the freezer and put it directly on the spot you want, it doesn't take long to use it, after 1-2 minutes of pressing it a bit, it takes the shape of the area where you put it, I tie it with 2 athletic socks to tighten it and everything is perfect...

I have been using it for almost two years, both for cold therapy (knees/arthritis) and as a hot pack (lower back pain/muscle aches). The frequency of use depends on my needs and injuries.
It is particularly effective in both uses. For cold therapy, it does not need to be put in the freezer, it can be permanently stored in the refrigerator, so it is available at any time.
However, if it is put in the freezer, it should be left until it cools down and not crystallize, because if it stays there for a long time, the gel freezes completely, becomes rigid, and cannot be used.
The fabric case seems somewhat delicate, but after two years of use (intermittently and even daily in some cases), it has not torn, although I am careful.
I recommend it as a product and would like to note that it is sold at double the price in physical pharmacies compared to the online market.
