It doesn't reach very low temperatures (it doesn't freeze as it should). The Velcro strip is small and of average quality, resulting in it constantly coming off if you move!

After some time, it starts leaving gel everywhere because it melts or something happens to the coverage, and your hands get sticky when you touch it. I have bought it 3 different times, and all 3 times, after a while, it started to stick

Does the product have an expiration date of 10/2027?
From the first 4 applications, it appears to be durable and freezes without solidifying, so it applies perfectly to the knee.
The case helps prevent it from sticking to the skin, and the elastic straps secure the dressing quite well.
I haven't tried it warm, but when needed, definitely not in the microwave, only in hot water.

Let me clarify that I only use it for cold therapy. I have had it for over 2 years, so it has a durable construction, but it only retains its temperature for 15 minutes compared to other products in this category.

Very good, I use it in the cold, the case is perfect, it has no moisture losses at all and the two elastic straps help a lot in stability.

Very satisfied. No matter how long it stays in the freezer, it remains in a liquid/gel form. The case is excellent.
