I bought this product for microwave use. I heated it according to the instructions, but on the 3rd use, it punctured and the gel spilled out. I thought it was a material defect and bought a second thermogel, but unfortunately it also punctured on the first heating attempt. When I contacted the company that represents it, they told me they couldn't compensate me financially, but they would send me 2 new thermogels. It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for the courier that was supposed to bring them, obviously in vain.
