Positives:
Very good compression and stabilization of the knee.
It does not move from its position during running.
At least up to 10 km that I have tried it while running, the knee does not sweat excessively (the positive aspect of the cotton inner lining).
Very high-quality construction, comparable to those costing 30+€.
Although it is 15% cotton, after training and washing, it dries quite quickly.
Negatives:
The very good compression/retention comes from the quite thick material. As a result, the strong/thick material during running with a pace <5min/km, where the heel lifts a lot and approaches the glutes, creates a momentary folding of the patella which, over a long duration of running, causes some minor pain at the back of the knee.
Conclusion: Excellent product comparable to much more expensive ones that allows you to run while injured, providing you with impeccable stabilization. Its drawbacks are negligible and expected for the service they provide.
