    Having used dozens of toothpastes, I would place this one and the other from the enzycal series with 1450 fluoride in the top 5.
    + Mild and pleasant taste.
    + Fresh breath and a nice feeling of cleanliness after brushing.
    + Gentle on gums and tooth enamel (Does not contain SLS), combined with a good medium to soft bristle toothbrush.
    + It doesn't foam much, which reduces the feeling of nausea/gag reflex when the mouth fills with foam.

    As for whitening, it helps like all toothpastes in removing surface stains. However, I wouldn't say it made my teeth whiter compared to before, although I believe there is no toothpaste that achieves this to a noticeable degree.
