It is a quality case, but it has 2 disadvantages in my opinion, especially if you are buying it for an elderly person who takes medication on their own.
1. The letters of the compartments should perhaps be a little larger.
2. Because it opens slidingly and since the intervals (morning, noon, etc.) are written on the transparent sliding cover, when you open it, the descriptions of each compartment move simultaneously, so the elderly person may have difficulty understanding from which compartment they should take the medication. For someone with good perception, this is not a problem, but for someone who struggles a little, I think it creates an issue. This could possibly be corrected if the description of each interval was inside each compartment and not on the transparent sliding cover.
