Due to frequent airplane travels, I had a serious problem with my ears. These earplugs helped a lot in reducing noise and preventing ear pain due to pressure changes during flights. Be careful when inserting them and use the plastic attachment provided in the package. There is a risk of the entire earplug getting stuck inside the ear when inserting them with your hands, and you may need assistance from another person to remove it because it doesn't have a string.

Θέλει προσοχή όταν τις βάζετε να χρησιμοποιείτε το πλαστικό εξαρτηματάκι που παρέχεται στη συσκευασία. It reduces the sound intensity and you can still hear (with some difficulty, but you can hear). I used them at an exhibition with very loud music and managed to endure the whole journey without coming out like a chicken from there. They also significantly reduced the noise on the airplane and I could communicate with the flight attendants without needing to take them off. The reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is because they don't have a cord or a way to hold them when you're not using them for a while.
