They decompress during the flight as promised and help prevent ear pain. They are worth it for both children and adults.

I had a huge problem on the airplane with the change in pressure, resulting in pain in my ears and them being blocked for 5-6 days after the trip. I used these (in child size because my ears are small) in combination with a decongestant nasal spray (like Ronal, Otrivin) before the flight and they didn't get blocked at all throughout the duration of the flight, nor did I experience any pain. I put them in before takeoff and took them out 10 minutes after landing. You don't hear very well while wearing them, but it's worth it. This trick really saved me because until then I avoided airplanes due to intense discomfort. I don't know if the earplugs worked on their own or if it was the use of the nasal spray, but the combination resulted in zero discomfort and no ear blockage as soon as I landed, as if I hadn't been on an airplane

Very good for headache protection. It needs a little attention not to be too tight before takeoff.

Generally, I have always had a problem with my ears during flights. Intense pain mainly during landing but also throughout the duration. I have tried decompression, chewing gum, candies, water, silicone earplugs, but I always experienced some degree of pain. With these earplugs, I can say that the situation has improved quite a bit. I still had some pain and discomfort during landing, but so far, it is definitely the best solution I have tried for this problem I have.
