I’ve been using this particular one since 1985, when I was 20 years old and a goalkeeper on pitches like concrete. I used to stick it on the tracksuits that got torn by the hard ground we had on the pitch. Fantastic and durable. During the team’s training camp, my fingers would get covered in blisters and I couldn’t walk. That’s when I started using it: I’d cut it into strips depending on the finger and stick it over the blister (after draining the fluid), and leave it on until I got out of the bath I was taking. Even today, when a shoe starts rubbing against me or gives me a blister, I stick a piece over the blister without any gauze underneath, and it’s like having new skin. The pain stops instantly. I’m 61 now and still use it for situations like these. It’s the best. If any of you get blisters from your shoes, try it and you’ll remember me!

It sticks perfectly. Every sports bandage instead of some little aluminum spikes that often cause scratches in places they shouldn't... It's not for contact with the skin, afterwards it doesn't come off painlessly!!!!

you can shower with it , fairly itchy at times but it handles sweat very well and has never come off by it self.

These specific BSN tapes in all cm, I use them for a long time and I have no complaints. They have good adhesion and durability.
