I used it for a whole year, but unfortunately it did not do any substantial work on my hair. The result was only temporary, but no improvement in damage, split ends, or frizz.
I have damaged hair with a lot of bleaching, so maybe that's why it didn't work, but even so, I expected something more potent for its price.
Its scent is wonderful and leaves the hair smelling nice until it dries, but it does not offer reconstruction and my hair continued to frizz and look damaged.
Maybe it only works on natural or minimally processed hair, but definitely not for dyed or bleached hair.

Actually, no stars from me at all. I started using it because I saw that my mother had forgotten to use it and because I knew it was an expensive product, I didn't want it to go to waste. I always apply it only on the ends of my hair precisely because I have oily hair. It's not just moisturizing, it dries them out and tangles them unbelievably. I haven't experienced this even with a cheap commercial product. I expected the action of silk and keratin... absolute zero and below. Additionally, its scent is quite overpowering... Prefer to spend your money on something else.

It is perfect, I wonder why I didn't buy it earlier. I have thin hair with split ends. My hair is dull. It gives them shine and hydration. I would recommend a good shampoo and conditioner. Then a leave-in conditioner and if the hair is very dry, some oil on the ends.

My hair is very thick, slightly wavy, and has been greatly damaged by hair dye, wrong shampoos, etc. After a shower, it was incredibly frizzy, dry, and tangled. The only thing I would like it to have more is the smell. It's not bad, but it's not pleasant either. It's neutral. These are personal preferences, of course, whether someone likes to enhance the scent of their hair or not.

It's wonderful!! It makes the hair so soft, smells amazing, and shines. Also, after 3 uses that I have done, hair loss due to the season has significantly reduced. The times I used it, I didn't even need to straighten my hair. I just dried it with a hairdryer (without even using a brush) and it came out straight and smooth! (normally if I let them dry on their own, they come out frizzy, but if I dry them with a hairdryer, they come out straight, although quite frizzy and puffy). It's worth its money!

I have no problem with my hair. They are all-natural and I take care of them. I never dye them, I clean them often, I don't use styling products, I don't straighten them, I don't even use a hairdryer. So I don't know about the repair and reconstruction from experience, but I also have the classic, the red one, and I am completely satisfied! In combination with the rest of the chi keratin silk range, it really works wonders!! I use it after shampoo and mask as the final step and leave it for about 5 minutes!! Amazing result! It doesn't weigh down, doesn't make it greasy, doesn't require a large amount, it's easy to comb through and you feel that it doesn't just leave them soft but also fully shiny and repaired!! I have a whole collection of various other conditioners at home, they did the job for the first two uses and I thought my hair would be amazing again (my hair was severely damaged from constant bleaching and changing colors every 2 weeks, they were at a point where they would break off during washing and feel like straw when drying) after the third time, my hair started to go back to how it was before, I had no hope of saving them and was considering cutting them off. When I came here to look for something else, I saw this Chi conditioner and read the comments, they were all positive, saying it's the best and does what it promises.
And I truly made the best choice I could have made, I've been using it for almost a month and my hair has regained its elasticity and when it's dry, it's really different from before, I didn't expect it, especially if you combine it with the oil like I do, it works wonders

Well, the product is amazing. I intentionally tried it without a mask to see the result and it left me amazed.
Firstly, it leaves the hair incredibly soft, like silk, and it shines unbelievably.
Secondly, I have damaged hair that even when I straighten it, the next day it is still damaged. With this conditioner, not only were my hair not damaged, but they were straight like yesterday (maybe using a clip instead of a hair tie helped too).
Thirdly, it works wonders if you have frizz problems, just try to avoid rubbing your hair with a towel. I personally use a T-shirt to dry my hair.
Lastly, it hydrates the hair a lot. You can see it from the first use. If you have dry hair, it will save you.
I have never been so impressed by a conditioner. I will not change it. It felt like using a salon mask

I loved it from the first use. I wasn't so impressed with the detangling of the hair because I already use a good mask and it's always easy to comb, but the hydration and softness it provides are unbeatable. It has a very discreet-neutral scent. Also, I think it helped my very frizzy hair to sit more beautifully after styling.
