Personally, it helped me a lot. I started taking it when I was hearing about viruses around me, and when my child caught a cold and cough, I did catch it too, but so mildly that I didn’t use any nasal spray at all nor did I need to do inhalations for the cough to go away. For 2 days I had a slight congestion that allowed me to breathe normally and a little cough. That was it, it was over!! I have never gotten over it so quickly and so lightly before. I should add that when I caught it, I had already been taking this vitamin for almost a month, which is why I attribute my mild symptoms to it.

I have been using them for the past 3 years and they were very good. The taste was like sour orange but pleasant. I bought them last month and it seemed like their taste had changed, they were extremely bitter, like they were spoiled, so I went to the pharmacy to exchange them. They gave me the same ones in a different packaging and they had exactly the same awful taste. I threw them away and bought from another company...

I thought the taste would be fine, but it smells like medicine, chemicals, and it's sour. I have tried other chewables as well.

For me, the best thing about Vit C is that I can't take pills or effervescent tablets. Pentanostimo has become the only reliable way to protect my immune system and avoid seasonal infections. I highly recommend it as I have been using it for 8-9 years now
