After six months, one switch (the one for the filter) loosened until it completely lost contact with the mechanism. I contacted a technician from Franke, he sent me a manual, I opened it and tightened it, about a month later it broke again, I tightened it again and since then (10+ months) it has not had any problems.

Μάλιστα κάποια κομματάκια σίδερο μένουν στο μηχανισμό που κλείνει την ροή με αποτέλεσμα να στάζει.

Awesome battery with a very nice design. Very easy to install. It took me more time to remove the old battery than to put this one in. You can connect a filter from another company, but it requires attention. The battery spirals for hot and cold, if I'm not mistaken, are 3/8".
The spiral of the filter is a different size and does not fit like the others. But inside the package, there is an adapter that screws onto this spiral and then accepts the plastic tube from the filter.
My own filter, which had such a plastic tube at the outlet, fit perfectly. I assume that other filters with similar outlets will also fit.
So I believe you can use a filter from another company, as I did.
Φοβερή μπαταρία με πολύ ωραίο σχεδιασμό. Πολύ εύκολη στη τοποθέτηση. Χρειάστηκε περισσότερη ώρα να βγάλω την παλιά μπαταρία πάρα να βάλω αυτή. Μπορείς να συνδέσεις και φίλτρο άλλης εταιρίας αλλά θέλει προσοχή. Τα σπιράλ της μπαταρίας για ζεστό κρύο αν δε κάνω λάθος είναι 3/8'.
Το σπιράλ του φίλτρου είναι διαφορετική διάσταση και δεν παίρνει ότι και τα άλλα. Αλλά υπάρχει μέσα ένας στη συσκευασία ένας αντάπτορας που βιδώνει σε αυτό το σπιράλ και μετά στην είσοδο δέχεται το πλαστικό σωληνάκι από το φίλτρο.
Το δικό μου φίλτρο που είχε στην έξοδο τέτοιο πλαστικό σωληνάκι μπήκε μια χαρά. Πιθανολογώ ότι και τα άλλα φίλτρα που έχουν παρόμοιες εξόδους θα ταιριάζουν.
Οπότε πιστεύω ότι μπορείς να βάλεις και φίλτρο άλλης εταιρίας, όπως έκανα και εγώ.
Very good battery, I installed it a while ago along with the clear water activated carbon filter. Quality construction in stainless steel, very aesthetically pleasing with an independent spout for dispensing filtered water. Even the sound of the water flow, slightly metallic, sounds nice. The switch for cold water only needs to be turned all the way forward. It is not in a vertical position for cold water like my old battery, somewhat strange at first but you get used to it. For installation, which was not difficult, you may need two 3/4 1/2 adapters depending on the water switches you have. I highly recommend it.

Ποιοτική κατασκευή inox, πολύ καλής αισθητικής με ανεξάρτητο στόμιο για την παροχή του φιλτραρισμένου νερού. Ακόμα και ο ήχος της ροής του νερού, ελαφρά μεταλλικός, ακούγεται ωραία. Τον διακόπτη για μόνο κρύο νερό πρέπει να τον γυρίσεις τέρμα μπροστά. Δεν είναι σε κατακόρυφη θέση το κρύο όπως στην παλιά μου μπαταρία, καπως περίεργο στην αρχή αλλά συνηθίζεται. Η μπαταρία είναι μια χαρά και αρκετά καλή κατασκευή. Ωστόσο, έλαβα από το SKROUTZ την παρακάτω ειδοποίηση και όποιος επρόκειτο να την αγοράσει να λάβει υπόψη το εξής:
"Σύμφωνα με σχετική ενημέρωση του κατασκευαστή του ανωτέρω προϊόντος, ήτοι της εταιρείας με την επωνυμία «Franke Hellas AEBE», σε συγκεκριμένες παρτίδες μπαταριών από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα, οι οποίες κατασκευάστηκαν μεταξύ Μαΐου και Σεπτεμβρίου 2025, ύστερα από πρόσφατους ελέγχους, ανιχνεύθηκε η παρουσία του μικροοργανισμού Pseudomonas aeruginosa, ενός μικροοργανισμού που εμφανίζεται συχνά σε νερό και υγρά περιβάλλοντα.
Κατόπιν σχετικής εκτίμησης κινδύνου του ανωτέρω κατασκευαστή, για τον γενικό πληθυσμό ο κίνδυνος κρίνεται χαμηλός, ωστόσο για ανοσοκατεσταλμένα άτομα υφίσταται μεσαίος κίνδυνος πρόκλησης προβλημάτων υγείας, ιδίως σε περίπτωση κατανάλωσης μη βρασμένου νερού απευθείας από τη μπαταρία.
Για τον λόγο αυτό, και προκειμένου να εξαλειφθεί κάθε πιθανός κίνδυνος για την υγεία προτείνεται η λήψη του προληπτικού μέτρου αυτοαπολύμανσης της μπαταρίας που έχετε αγοράσει, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες που περιλαμβάνονται στο συνημμένο έγγραφο, εφόσον προηγουμένως ελέγξετε αν η μπαταρία σας ανήκει στην επηρεασμένη παρτίδα, βάσει τον οδηγιών του συνημμένου εγγράφου.
Σε περίπτωση που η διαδικασία αυτοαπολύμανσης δεν είναι εφικτή, παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε με το ανωτέρω κατάστημα ή με τον κατασκευαστή για υποστήριξη στα ακόλουθα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας."

Awesome battery with a very nice design. Very easy to install. It took me more time to remove the old battery than to put this one in. You can connect a filter from another company, but it requires attention. The battery spirals for hot and cold, if I'm not mistaken, are 3/8".
The spiral of the filter is a different size and does not fit like the others. But inside the package, there is an adapter that screws onto this spiral and then accepts the plastic tube from the filter.
My own filter, which had such a plastic tube at the outlet, fit perfectly. I assume that other filters with similar outlets will also fit.
So I believe you can use a filter from another company, as I did.
Φοβερή μπαταρία με πολύ ωραίο σχεδιασμό. Πολύ εύκολη στη τοποθέτηση. Χρειάστηκε περισσότερη ώρα να βγάλω την παλιά μπαταρία πάρα να βάλω αυτή. Μπορείς να συνδέσεις και φίλτρο άλλης εταιρίας αλλά θέλει προσοχή. Τα σπιράλ της μπαταρίας για ζεστό κρύο αν δε κάνω λάθος είναι 3/8'.
Το σπιράλ του φίλτρου είναι διαφορετική διάσταση και δεν παίρνει ότι και τα άλλα. Αλλά υπάρχει μέσα ένας στη συσκευασία ένας αντάπτορας που βιδώνει σε αυτό το σπιράλ και μετά στην είσοδο δέχεται το πλαστικό σωληνάκι από το φίλτρο.
Το δικό μου φίλτρο που είχε στην έξοδο τέτοιο πλαστικό σωληνάκι μπήκε μια χαρά. Πιθανολογώ ότι και τα άλλα φίλτρα που έχουν παρόμοιες εξόδους θα ταιριάζουν.
Οπότε πιστεύω ότι μπορείς να βάλεις και φίλτρο άλλης εταιρίας, όπως έκανα και εγώ.
Very good battery, I installed it a while ago along with the clear water activated carbon filter. Quality construction in stainless steel, very aesthetically pleasing with an independent spout for dispensing filtered water. Even the sound of the water flow, slightly metallic, sounds nice. The switch for cold water only needs to be turned all the way forward. It is not in a vertical position for cold water like my old battery, somewhat strange at first but you get used to it. For installation, which was not difficult, you may need two 3/4 1/2 adapters depending on the water switches you have. I highly recommend it.
Πολύ καλή μπαταρία, την εγκατέστησα πριν λίγο καιρό μαζί με το φίλτρο ενεργου άνθρακα clear water. Ποιοτική κατασκευή inox, πολύ καλής αισθητικής με ανεξάρτητο στόμιο για την παροχή του φιλτραρισμένου νερού. Ακόμα και ο ήχος της ροής του νερού, ελαφρά μεταλλικός, ακούγεται ωραία. Τον διακόπτη για μόνο κρύο νερό πρέπει να τον γυρίσεις τέρμα μπροστά. Δεν είναι σε κατακόρυφη θέση το κρύο όπως στην παλιά μου μπαταρία, καπως περίεργο στην αρχή αλλά συνηθίζεται. Για την τοποθέτηαη η οποία δεν ήταν δύσκολη ενδέχεται να χρειαστείτε δύο συστολές 3/4 1/2 ανάλογα με τους διακόπτες νερού που διαθέτετε. Την συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
