After a while, the hairs, especially in the front, get tangled due to pressure, and the truth is that I haven't yet understood (after 3 months of use) if the bristles on the handle, which are for cleaning the nipples internally, actually clean effectively. I think that an economical solution of a brush with bristles all around is a much better choice
