  • Honey and marshmallow extract soften the throat while protecting the mucous membranes.
  • Anise essential oil helps to address irritation of the upper respiratory tract and hoarseness.
  • Peppermint essential oil cools the sore throat.

Usage

Adults: one teaspoon (5ml), 3 to 4 times daily. 

Children (6-12 years): half the adult dose.
