Very useful in the first days for managing a sprain. It goes in the freezer (the liquid freezes at the part of the splint that is placed around the ankle) and relieves the discomfort from the swelling.

Luckily it was a first-degree sprain, it has helped me gradually return to my daily routine without fearing that my foot will twist again. I need to adjust it a little because sometimes I feel like it's pressing on my ankle, I don't know exactly how to explain it. Nevertheless, I am quite satisfied with the quality of the materials for its price (15 euros). I have been wearing it with my Crocs so far, I will also try it with sneakers.

Flawless product. With proper application, it can perfectly do its job. I had bought 2 other, more well-known ones for 25 and 30 euros, but this one is ultimately superior. Correct materials. With proper use, it can last you for a long time. Flawless that it also has the pump, air inlet-outlet, all together and it's not like the others that you inflate with a straw (truly impractical, don't buy them).

I haven't tried any others, I just happened to get this one. It has a good application, the cushions inflate and deflate and you can adjust it on each leg since it has Velcro, and even for the size of your foot. It doesn't contain gel for cold therapy, but I think it's better to be able to put ice whenever you want. For the money, it's okay.
