Description

Description

The Tamron SP 45mm f/1.8 Di VC USD lens has a fixed focal length and is designed for Nikon F cameras with a Full Frame sensor. The maximum aperture of f/1.8 helps with photography in low-light conditions and control over depth of field, while VC (Vibration Compensation) reduces the effects of camera shake. The ring-type USD motor provides fast, quiet autofocus, with full-time manual focus available without changing modes.

The optical construction includes one LD element to reduce chromatic aberrations and two aspherical elements to correct spherical and coma aberrations, as well as distortion. The eBAND and BBAR coatings reduce reflections, flare and ghosting. The internal focusing system and Floating System support close focusing, while the construction includes seals to protect against moisture and a fluorine coating on the front element to repel water and fingerprints. The aperture has nine rounded blades.
