Features:

• Suitable for cryotherapy or thermotherapy
• Retain heat or cold for at least 45-60 minutes
• Suitable for temperatures from -20°C to 100°C
• Remain flexible and anatomically conform to the application area, even after cooling
• Heated in hot water or microwave
• Washable

Cryotherapy Instructions:

• Place the pad in the freezer for at least 10-20 minutes (depending on the size of the pad) before use

Thermotherapy Instructions:

• Submerge the pad in hot water, at a maximum temperature of 80°C, for 10-20 minutes (depending on the size of the pad)
• Alternatively, place the pad in the microwave, at 800W, for 25-60 seconds (depending on the size of the pad and the microwave), ensuring that the gel is evenly distributed inside the pad
• Apply the pad after at least 1 minute

Precautions:

• Do not use pads without a doctor's order, particularly in the case of postoperative wounds
• The thermotherapy-cryotherapy protocol is chosen by the treating physician
• The duration of application and repetition of the treatment is determined by the treating physician
• Use is prohibited without medical advice for diabetic patients, patients with vascular and circulatory issues, lymphedema, or those experiencing itching, numbness, or have burns
• For external use only
• Maximum treatment time is 20 minutes
• Clean the application area thoroughly before using the pad
• Always use a piece of thin fabric between the skin and the pad
• If the pad has straps, ensure the wrapping is loose to avoid restricting blood circulation
• Use by children must be supervised by an adult
• If the pads puncture or the contents become solid and rigid, they are rendered unusable and should be disposed of
• The contents of the pads should not come into contact with skin or eyes; in this case, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a physician immediately
