Allows the "smart" scale to recognize which user is stepping on to be measured, without the user having to select their profile.

How it works:

• Each user creates their own profile
• The scale stores previous weight measurements and their basic characteristics
• When someone steps on, the scale compares the current weight with the stored values and "guesses" the user
