    It does a great job, it has good ingredient proportions, which are evident in the photos.

    The taste is good, it has a slight sourness. As someone who has stomach issues and finds some vitamins heavy, these ones work perfectly for me!

    The most important thing is that you can chew them like gum or candy because the pill is somewhat large to swallow for someone who struggles, so I prefer them in full form!
