    Unacceptable product. The stainless steel part is like thin sheet metal, it doesn't fit well inside the glass, and when you touch it, it makes a sound like rattling sheet metal. I even called the company's technician and he told me "that's how it is." Very cheap construction, and when I turn it on, it's so loud that my neighbors say it sounds like an airplane taking off.
