Description

The new series titled "Handbooks of Public and European Public Law" aims to convey contemporary views and positions in the fields of Public and National Public Law. It is aimed at students, young lawyers, researchers, judges, and other legal professionals, providing them with a systematic and updated knowledge.

The student community will become familiar with a new approach to public law, alongside reading EU law and being aware of the influences from international and comparative public law. Greek public law is not isolated, and the classic categorizations of legal science tend to be modified.

This series aims to highlight contemporary issues through collective volumes, student handbooks, and monographs. The handbooks will connect the old with the new, linking theory with practical application and proposing improvements.

The collective volumes will extensively cover the substance of Public and European Public Law, delving into the principles, rights, and procedural matters concerning the state and the European Union. The monographs will highlight open issues in the field and provide general information about the sector.

This series is dedicated to the academic community and to the colleagues in the field of Public Law, who diligently and respectfully cultivate the branches of Public and European Public Law.

Special thanks are due to Professor George Kasimatis and the publishing house "LEGAL LIBRARY" for supporting the publication of this series.
