Dietary supplement for women with proven action on scalp health and hair follicle metabolism. It contains a complex of bio-marine collagen along with colloidal silica, amino acids, inositol, and grape seed extract. Collagen, silica, and amino acids, such as cystine, are very important components for hair structure. Grape and Acerolla extracts are extremely rich sources of antioxidants that protect hair follicles.     I am not allowed to take iron and I have hypothyroidism, so I should not take iodine either. It is difficult to find a product in the entire Greek market that does not have these two ingredients. Remove these two ingredients for people like me! Whoever needs iron can take it separately! I bought it and take it every two days so as not to waste it. I will not buy it again for this reason... I cannot swallow the huge tablets either.
