It has saved me many times from a cold. I take it from the first day I have symptoms (usually exhaustion) and I recover very quickly, even on the same day. In the morning I might be dragging myself, and by the evening I'm full of energy. It's more effective than just taking plain vitamin C, but in cases where I feel the symptoms more intensely, I combine it with 500mg of vitamin C to further boost my body.

I really liked those vitamins - they kept me healthy during winter time with many viruses going around. I buy them during every winter time. I highly recommend them!

I took one pill this morning on an empty stomach at 6:30 am and now it's afternoon and I feel stronger than ever. This is the best vitamin ever, it's worth it. Thanks to the doctor who recommended it and told me to take it for 2 months, 60 capsules, because I need it due to vitamin C deficiency and for the hard work I do. It's the best, I won't take any other vitamin. This is really worth every penny and I am happy

From what it seems, they have removed the E 171 that a friend wrote about below. Personally, I find it difficult to swallow them. They are quite big! The doctor prescribed them to me after I tested positive for Influenza type A. And something else that was mentioned, I also experienced it the first time I took them, it caused diarrhea and stomach pain. The second time everything was fine but I had some discomfort in my stomach. The third time, just some rumbling in the stomach. I always take them after eating.

I can't say it works miracles!! I got sick with a normal cold and cough and it didn't decrease at all even though I took them regularly!! However, when I started taking the multivitamins from the same company, I got better very quickly. Now, because I still have some of these and I will take them, but afterwards, I will only take the multivitamins!!

Easy-to-swallow capsules and that was very convenient. I took them regularly throughout the winter and didn't get sick at all, of course, diet, exercise, etc. also play an important role, it's not just because of the supplements, they definitely help.

I have been using it for years! When I start feeling sick, I take 1 capsule along with paracetamol and every symptom subsides.. If I don't have it with me and end up getting sick, I take 2 tablets daily and it significantly reduces the symptoms and makes me feel better very quickly!

I have been taking vitamins for years, at any time of the day, on an empty stomach, with a full stomach... I never had any problems. I took two of these vitamins for the first time on an empty stomach and within 20 minutes I had intense stomach pain and had pain and diarrhea all day. It's the first time something like this happens to me with vitamins... Now I take one vitamin a day and always with a full stomach after lunch and I'm okay! So, BE VERY CAREFUL!

I don't know if it does anything. I used to get sick regularly without it lasting any less or more. It was like I was taking nothing. And sometimes when I took it, I felt like I had a fever even though I didn't, maybe my body was reacting or it was a side effect. It's good for taking vitamin C daily, though, but I suggest drinking orange juice if you want natural vitamins. On the other hand, I recommend Eviol multivitamins, they do a really good job.

Although it has a low content of vitamin C, the combination with the herb has amazing and fast results.

Since I started taking it, I haven't gotten sick, honestly. There wasn't a year where I didn't fall into bed with a fever and all that, 1-2 times. The last 4-5 years, nothing!!! Highly recommended!!!
Personally, I start it at the end of September, stop for about 10 days after 3 weeks, and then start again until the end of May, approximately, repeating this process.
