The goal of this specific cream is to reduce black spots and decrease oiliness in order to leave the skin smooth without a greasy shine. Personally, I didn't see any of these effects. On the contrary, as shown in the pictures, one month after purchasing it, my skin is at its worst. I stopped using it when I noticed that my skin was becoming excessively swollen, and I continued with the corresponding cleanser from the effaclar range for oily skin, which also didn't give me the desired result. I admit that I bought it instead of the effaclar duo due to a small price difference. Ultimately, I conclude that it doesn't suit my skin type. My advice is to do your research before purchasing this product and consult your dermatologist because, as I also discovered, expensive ≠ high quality. It is fantastic compared to the regular effeclar, I was very satisfied. I had many small pimples on my forehead and T-zone and they all disappeared within 2 weeks. It outperformed creams that dermatologists had recommended to me! I would buy it again and again, I love it and definitely recommend it for oily and acne-prone skin

Overall, I have combination to oily skin with a tendency for acne. I bought this specific cream because I trust La Roche and I also use their sunscreen, but my experience was terrible. I don't know if it's because I tried it in winter when my skin might not be as oily due to the cold weather, but it damaged my skin. After using it for a week, my face became completely dehydrated and almost started peeling. I also noticed an increase in pimples (probably because it obviously didn't suit my skin at all). I don't know how this cream would be for very oily skin, but overall I understood that it is excessively abrasive and does not provide any, I mean any, hydration. I would recommend before choosing it to look for a sample in pharmacies so that it doesn't cause you the damage it caused me.

I bought the product with reservation because I saw several negative reviews! I have acne-prone skin, textured with marks and active pimples (and I had quite a few pimples when I started using them). I apply the cream after cleansing with the corresponding gel and after applying the Effaclar lotion. After a month of systematic and diligent use, morning and night, I have no active pimples, the textured skin has improved significantly, and the marks have noticeably reduced! I am very satisfied with this specific line!

It is really the best for oily-combination skin with acne tendency!!! It immediately corrects the texture of the skin and reduces acne problems, if combined with the appropriate soap (personally, I use the corresponding one from Effaclar). I have cystic acne and I read reviews from people who had a similar issue, so I decided to try it. I don't know if it's because it's summer, but on my normal-combination skin, it did absolutely nothing and I've been using it for almost a month. It also leaves a greasy feeling, while I expected it to be light and matte according to its characteristics. I will continue to use it as a moisturizer when I don't apply the cream for cystic acne, but I don't plan on repurchasing it when it runs out.

The action of it lasts very little!! After about 2 hours, the skin becomes oily again. But I didn't see ANY difference in the pimples either. It's not for me, as I have a tendency for acne and oily skin. Additionally, it stings my skin several times when I apply it. I was not satisfied
