    I like the taste of salep as a drink anyway. So after the initial surprise at the caramel flavor, I continued to use it. For hoarseness or sore throat, and especially when my throat gets so dry that I lose my voice and start coughing, they have helped me repeatedly

    I didn't like them at all in terms of taste. Bad taste for caramel. Maybe a bit expected though, since it contains salepi. Also, they are very hard, they scrape the palate (well, you might say all caramels do that; no, I will answer).

    I only ate one, I gave the rest to my mother who had a slight cough. I think they helped her a little. She didn't go crazy about the taste either.

    I definitely won't buy them again.
