I got it for the inflammation in my intervertebral disc and the swelling that causes me terrible pain. Unfortunately, I cannot take anti-inflammatories. Magically, the next day the improvement was spectacular. Even Depon, which I used to take, did nothing, and with this (1 per day) the pain almost disappeared. It lasts about 20 hours for me... After 6 days I continue to feel just as good (but always after 20 hours I start to feel a little pain)... Unbelievable but it works as an anti-inflammatory!
