An excellent tsikoudia from grape marc of the Roussanne variety. Crete has a long history of producing it not only as an aperitif but also for the therapeutic properties that many Cretans believe it has.

The original packaging is based on this sentiment, essentially having the form of an old pharmacy bottle. The result is distinguished by the characteristics of the grape variety, with a full-bodied taste but also a clarity that only a high-quality tsikoudia can have.

According to Cretan standards, Tsikoudia is distilled once in alembics and is not high in alcohol content, yet it offers an explosive nose of yellow fruits. However, the richness in taste is comparable to the aromatic, coming as a harmonious continuation of it. The distillate has a rich body and particularly creamy sensation, with a spicy finish.
